If we do work together, you will get an Annual Training Plan with the year mapped out, and Weekly Training Plans with detailed sessions for every single workout, as well as detailed recommendations for stretching, conditioning, hydration and sports nutrition. 


Sometimes you just need something explained or demonstrated in person, or you need a coach to watch you doing what you're doing, face-to-face, because no amount of written explanations or YouTube video watching can ensure that you are doing it correctly. I will bring my trusty video camera (it's waterproof, too, so we really can use it anywhere) and have a close, detailed look at what you are doing.

My Background

I am Rob Popper, Level 3 British Triathlon Federation Triathlon Coach, a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist, a Certified Sports Nutritionist, an experienced triathlete and martial artist. I have been coaching, teaching and training for over 40 years, and I have developed a very strong personal philosophy that informs all my interactions with clients. I sometimes call it "Bruce Lee meets Chrissie Wellington." If you understand that, then we will get along brilliantly!

I have been coaching triathletes professionally for 15 years, all over the world, working with thousands of clients from ages 8 to 78, from nervous newcomers to seasoned pros going to world championships, even Olympic hopefuls! I love getting to know each and every client, and finding the best ways to support you in reaching your goals.

Mobility and flexibility are not just sports principles that I incorporate into training sessions, they are also the business principles behind how I deliver personalized services to all my clients. Wherever you are, I hope we can find creative ways to work together.
